New delivery 6 GH cranes welding hall
For Voorbij Funderingstechniek, we were commissioned to supply and install four 16-ton double girder overhead cranes and two wall console cranes for the new welding hall.
For Voorbij Funderingstechniek we were allowed to supply and assemble four 16-ton double girder overhead cranes and two wall console cranes for the new welding hall.
EPMC Europe Crane Solutions supplied 6 new GH cranes for the newly built welding hall of Voorbij Funderingstechniek. They are 2 double girder overhead cranes of 16 tons with double cat and 2 double girder overhead cranes of 16 tons with single cat.
We installed the overhead cranes with a special lifting trailer that allowed all overhead cranes to be installed quickly and safely. The 4 overhead cranes are equipped with radio control type Tiger which allows them to work solo and in tandem. There are also 2 wall console cranes of 2.5 tons delivered and mounted. The 2.5 tonne cranes are equipped with wire rope hoists.
For safety, all cranes are equipped with collision and/or zone protection which reduces the risk of damage. This means, therefore, that the overhead crane will drive slowly in the sections where the wall console cranes are hanging.
The job was performed and completed to the full satisfaction of both parties.
